Drinking tea could help stave off cognitive decline

A little tea and sympathy!

 

Feng Lei, from the Department of Psychological Medicine at National University of Singapore’s (NUS) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and colleagues conducted research indicating that adults who drink tea (brewed from tea leaves eg. black, green, oolong) regularly are at a 50% lower risk of cognitive decline as compared to those who do so rarely factoring for other medical conditions, activities and lifestyle factors
