Creamy Avocado Toast Recipe

Try this easy, no-cook 10-minute recipe. Filled with nutritional power foods, Creamy Avocado Toast serves as a great snack or a meal that is delicious any time of the day!



  • 1 avocado, pit removed, halved
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups arugula or greens of choice
  • 2 thick slices whole grain bread, toasted or grilled
  • 2 tbsps. light feta cheese
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste


  1. Coarsely mash avocado in a small bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread mashed avocado over toast.
  3. Whisk lemon and olive oil in a medium bowl.
  4. Add greens and tomatoes to bowl, toss to coat.
  5. Top avocado with salad and divide feta between toasts.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
